  9.      If you are a disk vendor or BBS (referred to as a Distributor),
  10. you are granted a limited license by Pine Grove Software (the Publisher)
  11. to distribute Loan*Calculator! Plus version 2.0s (referred to as The
  12. Program) with the following restrictions:

  14. 1) You may charge a reasonable amount of money to recover your disk
  15. duplicating fees and promotional costs. However, IN NO EVENT MAY YOU
  16. CHARGE MORE THAN $5.00 PER COPY OF THE PROGRAM.

  18. 2) A distributor may not modify any of the files as documented. All
  19. files as supplied by Pine Grove Software must be included in any
  20. distribution of The Program. A distributor MAY also distribute an
  21. appropriate advertising notice along with the program files as
  22. supplied by Pine Grove Software.

  24. 3) Continued distribution of Loan*Calculator! Plus ver 2.0x beyond
  25. Dec. 31, 1998 requires authorization. (More than likely, we will use
  26. the opportunity to update a distributor with a more recent version.)
